By downloading, installing, or using GreenGuard (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your local law). You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity on your account.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. We and our licensors own all rights in the App and its content (excluding User Content defined below).
You may post content (e.g., text, images, videos, comments). You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content within the App solely to operate and improve the service.
Do not upload or engage in: illegal content, harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, doxxing, spam, malware, impersonation, or intellectual-property infringement. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The App may rely on third-party services (e.g., Google Firebase). Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
We may update or change the App (including adding/removing features) or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We will reflect changes in the "Effective date".
You can stop using the App or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for security/legal reasons.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the App.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of European Union without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If your local consumer law grants mandatory rights, those remain unaffected.

We collect only what we need to create/manage your account, deliver core social features, ensure safety, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the App (e.g., Firebase).
Account & Profile: name/username, email, password (or federated sign-in ID), profile photo, basic settings.
User Content & Activity: posts, comments, reactions/likes, media you upload, timestamps.
Device & Diagnostics: crash logs, performance metrics, basic analytics events (opens, feature usage), device info (model, OS version, language, time zone, region inferred).

Please avoid posting sensitive personal data. We do not intentionally collect special categories unless you include them in content.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share only with:
Your data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., encryption in transit, role-based access). No method is 100% secure.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly.
GreenGuard is committed to protecting the safety, well-being, and rights of all users—especially minors. We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and enforce strong safety measures across the platform.
